Q: Where did you get the name “so.Boo?”
      A: Julia’s childhood nickname (& still to this day with her closest family & friends) is “Boo.” When people saw her bags, they could see her personality in them calling them “so Boo” and the name stuck.

Q: Do you guarantee the work?
      A: Absolutely! So.Boo will guarantee the craftsmanship on all our bags & make any repairs within 14 days of purchase.

Q: What is the return policy?
      A: Refunds will be given within 7 days of purchase on our in-stock bags, but unfortunately custom orders are non-refundable.

Q: What are your methods of payment?
      A: Charge it girlfriend! ;o) We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, cashier’s checks & of course cash.

Q: What is the turn-around time for custom orders?
      A: Generally we allow 48—72 hours per bag, but we like to get them back to you within a week if possible on small orders, but up to 4-6 weeks on large orders if not sooner.

Q: How far in advance do we need to book a so.Boo design party?
      A: Did someone say PARTY? We’ll be there! ...or at least do everything we can to make the date as long as we’re not already partying! Please check our calendar page for available dates.
